Privacy
policy.

What this site collects, what it deliberately doesn't, and how to get anything about you removed.

Last updated: 15 August 2026. This policy describes what digitalaqm.com collects and why. It is written to describe what this site actually does rather than to cover every hypothetical — if something here stops being accurate, it gets changed.

Who is responsible

AQM Digital Marketing, operated by Aloysius Magtoto, Philippines. For any question about this policy or your data, email aloymagtoto@gmail.com.

What this site collects

The contact form. If you submit it, you send a name, an email address, optionally a company name, the service categories you tick, and your message. That is used for one thing: replying to you and, if we work together, running the engagement. It is not sold, rented, or added to a marketing list.

Depending on configuration, the form is delivered either through a third-party form service that forwards it to my inbox, or by opening your own email or WhatsApp app with the message pre-filled. In the second case nothing reaches this site's infrastructure at all — it goes straight from you to me.

Your theme preference. If you switch between dark and light mode, that choice is stored in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it next visit. It never leaves your device and it identifies nobody. Clearing your browser data removes it.

Server logs. This site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which records standard technical request data such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested. That is GitHub's processing, governed by GitHub's own privacy statement, and I do not have access to those logs.

Fonts. Typefaces load from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests files from Google and Google receives your IP address as part of that request. No cookies are set by this.

What this site does not do

There is no analytics running — no Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no Meta Pixel, no remarketing tags, no cookie banner because there are no tracking cookies to consent to. Nothing you do on this site follows you elsewhere.

If that changes and analytics or advertising tags are added, this page will be updated before they go live and will name what is running.

How long anything is kept

Enquiry emails stay in my mailbox as ordinary business correspondence. If you want yours deleted, ask and it will be, along with any record of it. Where an engagement went ahead, some records may be retained where required for tax or accounting purposes.

Your rights

You can ask what data I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email me and I'll action it. Depending on where you live, these rights may be granted by the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, the GDPR, or the CCPA/CPRA — but you do not need to cite a statute to make the request, and I'm not going to ask which one applies to you.

Under Philippine law you also have the right to complain to the National Privacy Commission if you believe your data has been mishandled.

Client work

This policy covers this website. Engagements involving advertising accounts, analytics platforms, or regulated data are governed separately by the agreement for that work, which is where processing terms, confidentiality, and any required data-protection provisions are set out.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. No data is knowingly collected from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes with it. The full revision history of this page is public in the site's source repository.
