AQM is a full-funnel shop — Google Ads specialist work, paid social, and marketplace PPC. Seven disciplines that have to work together before spend does anything useful: the buying, the measurement underneath it, and the page it all lands on.

Full-funnel paid media across US healthcare, iOS apps, retail, and automotive — search, social, programmatic, marketplace, and conversational commerce.
US addiction-treatment Search — one of paid media's most regulated, most expensive verticals, where clicks run $8–9.
Keyword search and item-recommendation placements on Shopee and Lazada for the Philippines' largest optical retailer — bid against GMV, not clicks.
Built creative against distinct purchase motives — not another payday-sale asset — with copy pulled from real customer objections.
A three-year, always-on conversational-commerce programme for a 4×4 off-road shop — driving buyers into Messenger for complete builds, maintenance, and services.
Keyword-driven installs where a 46% tap-to-install rate signals a strong keyword-to-product-page match.
Cheap installs and trials across the portfolio, then a sharp drop at subscribe — confirming the paywall, not the media, as the bottleneck.
Bumper and skippable video to grow awareness in the Zalora customer base, planned with Google Keyword Planner.
03 — How AQM works
It's the difference between reporting metrics and moving the number. Every engagement runs the same loop, in the same order — because buying against a broken signal just spends faster.
Start a conversation →GA4, GTM, Firebase, pixel and CAPI, call tracking. Before a single bid changes, the numbers the account optimises toward have to be true.
Impression to click to landing to purchase. Cheap installs with a dead subscribe step is a paywall problem, not a media problem — and the fix costs nothing in ad spend.
Account structure by intent theme, creative built against purchase motive, bids set on unit economics — GMV and revenue, not clicks.
Push test spend to find the volume ceiling without letting CPA drift. Three years and 41 campaigns at a $1.43 cost per conversation is the version of this that works.

04 — Who runs it
AQM Digital Marketing is run by Aloysius Magtoto, a Registered Marketing Professional who has spent nine years buying media across US healthcare, iOS app portfolios, global hardware distribution, and Philippine retail.
You deal with the person doing the work. No account manager relaying briefs to a junior buyer, no bench of trainees learning on your budget.

Yes — most of my recent work is US-based. I'm in the Philippines on GMT+8 and work US hours, so there's overlap with both coasts. My longest-running healthcare account, California Recovery Center, is a US addiction-treatment provider running Google Search, programmatic, and paid social.
Google Ads (Search, App Campaigns, YouTube), Meta Ads including Advantage+ and Collaborative Ads, Apple Search Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic through QuantCast and MNTN. On the marketplace side: Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Zalora.
Yes. I've run HIPAA-conscious patient acquisition, including CPRA/CPPA tracking compliance, consent management, and web accessibility work. In addiction treatment, clicks run $8–9 and the compliance rules are strict — getting the tracking wrong there isn't a reporting problem, it's a legal one.
The tracking comes first. GA4, Google Tag Manager, Firebase events, Meta Pixel and CAPI, offline conversion imports, and call-tracking attribution through CallRail or CallTrackingMetrics. If the account is optimising toward a number that isn't true, better bidding just spends the budget faster.
Both. I take on freelance and contract media buying, and I'm open to full-time roles for the right team. Tick "Full-time role" on the form and tell me about the position.
I reply within two working days. If it looks like a fit, we book 20 minutes, you walk me through the account, and I tell you the first two things I'd change — whether or not you hire me. If it isn't a fit, I'll say so and point you somewhere better.

Send over the account, the vertical, and what's not working. I'll come back within two working days with where I'd look first — free, whether or not you end up hiring me.
