01 — Services

Paid media services —
not just the ad account.

AQM is a full-funnel shop — Google Ads specialist work, paid social, and marketplace PPC. Seven disciplines that have to work together before spend does anything useful: the buying, the measurement underneath it, and the page it all lands on.

What I did
Rebuilt shopfronts and listings for search visibility, split spend between keyword search and item recommendations, pruned bids against GMV. Jan 2021 – Dec 2022; playbook later extended to Zalora, GrabMart, and Pickaroo.
Meta CPAS

Motive-led creative on CPAS

What I did
Ran sustained Click-to-Messenger campaigns — SuperSale, BERMONTHS, and always-on promos — turning ad spend into direct sales conversations for builds and services.
Consistency
Held cost-per-conversation near $1.43 across three years and 41 campaigns, with top performers (HOT PROMO at $1.18) beating the account average.
Apple Search Ads

Approach
Keyword and product-page targeting tuned so tapped users converted nearly half the time — efficiency came from intent match, not volume buying. Pushed daily test spend to find volume ceilings while holding CPA.

Three ad groups by length — 6-second bumpers plus 15s and 30s video — testing hook duration against the intended market. Genuine view-through, not just served impressions.

03 — How AQM works

Ownership of
revenue.

It's the difference between reporting metrics and moving the number. Every engagement runs the same loop, in the same order — because buying against a broken signal just spends faster.

Start a conversation
  1. 01

    Audit the measurement layer

GA4, GTM, Firebase, pixel and CAPI, call tracking. Before a single bid changes, the numbers the account optimises toward have to be true.

  2. 02

    Find where the funnel breaks

Impression to click to landing to purchase. Cheap installs with a dead subscribe step is a paywall problem, not a media problem — and the fix costs nothing in ad spend.

  3. 03

    Buy against the real signal

Account structure by intent theme, creative built against purchase motive, bids set on unit economics — GMV and revenue, not clicks.

  4. 04

    Hold the efficiency while scaling

Push test spend to find the volume ceiling without letting CPA drift. Three years and 41 campaigns at a $1.43 cost per conversation is the version of this that works.

05 — Questions

The things people
ask first.

Do you work with clients outside the Philippines?

Yes — most of my recent work is US-based. I'm in the Philippines on GMT+8 and work US hours, so there's overlap with both coasts. My longest-running healthcare account, California Recovery Center, is a US addiction-treatment provider running Google Search, programmatic, and paid social.

Which ad platforms do you actually buy on?

Google Ads (Search, App Campaigns, YouTube), Meta Ads including Advantage+ and Collaborative Ads, Apple Search Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic through QuantCast and MNTN. On the marketplace side: Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Zalora.

Can you handle regulated industries like healthcare?

Yes. I've run HIPAA-conscious patient acquisition, including CPRA/CPPA tracking compliance, consent management, and web accessibility work. In addiction treatment, clicks run $8–9 and the compliance rules are strict — getting the tracking wrong there isn't a reporting problem, it's a legal one.

Is it just ad management, or the tracking too?

The tracking comes first. GA4, Google Tag Manager, Firebase events, Meta Pixel and CAPI, offline conversion imports, and call-tracking attribution through CallRail or CallTrackingMetrics. If the account is optimising toward a number that isn't true, better bidding just spends the budget faster.

Freelance projects, or a full-time role?

Both. I take on freelance and contract media buying, and I'm open to full-time roles for the right team. Tick "Full-time role" on the form and tell me about the position.

What happens after I send the form?

I reply within two working days. If it looks like a fit, we book 20 minutes, you walk me through the account, and I tell you the first two things I'd change — whether or not you hire me. If it isn't a fit, I'll say so and point you somewhere better.

06 — Get in touch

Ready to move
your number?

Send over the account, the vertical, and what's not working. I'll come back within two working days with where I'd look first — free, whether or not you end up hiring me.

  • No pitch deck, no retainer talk on the first call
